rolling hills of the Southern
counties to the rugged panoramas
of the Highlands of Scotland.

Mark uses native and exotic woods to produce turned and sculpted work of simple form. Complimenting the wood allowing its beauty to be show to full effect without distracting the viewers eye is the foundation of his work. The end product being tactile of flowing line.

by brushing dilute colbalt over
the dolomite glaze before firing.
Glover and Smith -
Pewter
Husband and wife team Ed and
Judy Glover make designs using
lead free, handmade pewter in
Wiltshire, using traditional
methods. Lead free pewter is
non-tarnishing and environmentally
friendly. Their beautiful short
handled spoon do not react to
food stuffs and needs no polishing.
Takes inspiration from nature
- with small intricate acorn
and starfish spoons.
Ian Hamilton - Functional
ironwork
Ironworks by Wylye Valley artist.
Dick Martin - Ceramics
Ceramic painting and sculpture.
His approach to ceramics is
the same way he would paint
an abstract painting. Sculpture
influences by many other cultures
and times and tries to create
a feeling of timelessness, with
some sculpture taking reverence
from 4500-2400 B.C. in the Greek
Islands. |
