Cafe was opened in 1995 by chef/patron
Michael Fox. It has gone from
strength to strength and is
recognised as one of the best
places to eat in Salisbury.
Michael Fox spent many years
cooking in the top hotels and
restaurants both in the UK and
Australia, including Sharrow
Bay Country House Hotel at Lake
Ullswater, Cumbria and Stephanie's
in Melbourne, Australia. He
places a great emphasis on fresh
fine quality ingredients and
all the food and cakes are prepared
on the premises.
The Gallery Cafe is situated
on the Ground floor of Fisherton
Mill, within The Gallery, which
makes for a very unique and
atmospheric setting.
The menu changes regularly
and is modern and exciting.
Lunch is served between 12:00
to 2:30 and includes sandwiches,
salads, bruchettas as well as
main dishes. There are also
healthy choices for children.
Smoothies are made freshly to
order along with squeezed orange
juice.
